As most PhD students in Economics, I was very concerned about the academic Job Market, and I neglected building skills that would make me thrive on the non-academic Job Market. Here are some tips and personal experiences that helped me navigate getting hired on the industry market... and some thoughts on why the industry job market was way more exciting for me.
